Waka Waka

Selected birthday party package includes a specific number of children (including the birthday child). Any additional party guest / absentee guests will be charged according to the stated party package price for additional children.
ALL Guests (children and adults) MUST wear socks to access Waka Waka.
Party invitation cards will be ready for collection in 5 working days. No. of cards are according to the no. of kids. Alternatively, you may wish to opt for e-invitations.
A non-refundable / non-transferable deposit of IDR200000 is payable to confirm the online booking. No downgrading of party packages is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
Please take note that the amount indicated upon check-out does not include any add-on items that may incur on the actual day of event, e.g. additional children headcounts, additional food items, etc
Use of the party room is for 2 hours only. We seek your kind understanding & co-operation to allow the staff to prepare the room for the next birthday child at the end of your party.
We seek your cooperation to confirm the guest list at least 1 week to the party.
Strictly NO outside food/snacks/drinks are allowed at all times, except birthday cake which is to be celebrated and consumed within the designated party area. Only approved caterers are allowed and will be coordinated by Waka Waka. A fee of IDR50000 will be imposed on each external food/drink item brought into the centre.
Catered food, as per MOH Regulations, must be consumed during the party period. Any leftovers taken home is consumed at the customers’ discretion. No takeaway containers will be provided.
Outside pinata are not allowed. No party poppers are allowed.
Outside entertainers and vendors are allowed for the event. All entertainers will be arranged by Waka Waka with our approved list of vendors. The Waka Waka Mascot is subjected to availability.
We politely request that guests DO NOT arrive earlier than 15 mins before the allocated party time.
All parties will be entitled to 1 room only. Allocation of party rooms is fully at the discretion of Waka Waka and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice. Should an additional room will be required; it will be subject to availability on first come first serve basis.
While the party rooms have adequate seating space for the children, there may be limited seating room for adults. While we encourage a ratio of 1 adult to 1 child, we are pleased to let you know that we will not charge any fees for adults accompanying their children to a Waka Waka party, as long as the overall ratio of adults to children do not exceed 2 adults to 1 child. Additional adults beyond this ratio will be charged according to our standard rate. This policy is to maintain safety and prevent overcrowding.
